About PJPTR
Scope
Scope
The Pakistan Journal of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation (PJPTR) publish original research in a variety of healthcare-related interdisciplinary topics, as well as reviews and brief communications. The following fields are included in PJPTR scope:
Basic Medical Sciences: Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Biomechanics and Kinesiology.
Medical Sciences: Medicine and Surgery.
Pharmacology: Pharmaceutical and Pharmacotherapy.
Rehabilitation Sciences: Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, Speech therapy, Sports Sciences, Health and Fitness, Assistive technology, Psychology, Alternative medicine, and Audiology.
Allied Sciences: Medical Technology, including imaging and laboratory technology, and other healthcare-related fields.
Nursing Science: Research related to nursing education, practice, and patient care.
Aims and Objectives
The goal of PJPTR is to further knowledge and excellent research in the domains of physical therapy, rehabilitation and medicine and also making a positive impact on these areas. We invite submissions from researchers worldwide who are as dedicated to achieving the following objectives:
Promote the development and dissemination of high-quality research and evidence-based practices in physical therapy, rehabilitation and healthcare professions.
Provide a platform for practitioners, researchers, and academicians to share their findings, innovations, and experiences to foster collaboration and enhance professional growth.
Contribute to improve clinical practices and patient outcomes by publishing relevant, related studies, reviews, and case reports that offer practical insights and guidelines for practitioners.
To support the ongoing education and professional development of physical therapists, rehabilitation specialists and healthcare professionals through the publication of educational resources, tutorials, and expert opinions.
Uphold the highest standards of ethical research and promote inclusivity by encouraging contributions from diverse populations and addressing health disparities in physical therapy, rehabilitation and healthcare professionals.
